Repeated calls; sometimes ****-ups

Keep getting calls from this number and they don't leave messages.  Finally called the number back and got an answering ma****e identifying them as Turnkey Solutions.  I have also received a number of calls from 727-233-7*** which is also Turnkey Solutions.

Survey but couldn't understand them to see what is was regarding.

Called and no message left

Repeated calls, no message left.

Keep receiving calls from this number.

No message

Called 2 days in a row around 5:00 p.m.  I answered and a man's voice was mumbling and then ***g up.  I called back and got voice-mail that said, "Thank you for calling turn key solutions.  All of our operators are currently unavailable.  Please leave a message after the tone."

I've received many calls from this number lately...2 calls today.
