Caller calls leaves a message that they need to talk to me then when you call back they never answer they just let it ring and ring and ring

I received a call from (407)329-4233. I have no clue who this is, but when I tried to call the number back, I received a busy signal and my phone said disconnected. Very odd! I have had this number for years and this just s****ed.
