Automated message, "calling about your mortgage"...I don't have a mortgage, I rent. Clearly a spammer/scam. Reported them to the Do Not Call registry .

MMC Ask for me by name, said they are Vision research, tells me to log on to computer to find out what type of company they are. When I say I cant log on they **** up. Have called 6 times in last 3 days.

User in Indiana I received a text message from: [email protected]. The message stated "Call 40****7900 Beacon-CU" I being a cyber investigator did to see what the fraudsters are up to. It wanted me to enter my credit card number because "It had issues and needed to be reactivated" I entered a test card and it wanted my ccv and expiration date. If this was really your bank they would contact you with a live person and would never ask for this information. Maybe only the last four digits to verify that it is your card with a problem. This is a rather worrisome issue. So I would recommend that everyone that reads this notify their neighbors, relatives, and friends so they cannot be compromised.

Get a call everyday from this recorded message with no chance to tell them to shove it.

They have been calling for 2 years now claiming I owe for a credit card I had over 25 years ago. I explained that it was not possible since I was in Jr. High at the time. I did not have any credit cards then. They did not care to listen to what I had to say. I only spoke to them once and the person was rude so I just ***g up on him. I have collected 34 different numbers they have used. I checked my credit reports and nothing has ever come up. I still have perfect credit. luckly the address they have for me is also the one from back then so they have never mailed anything to me.

Erin They call al the time, sometimes in the evening around 7:30 or so. They never leave a message.. I used to live in Orlando where the area code is from but I have no idea who it could be.
