I have received dozens of their calls and usually ignore them. This time I connected to an agent and asked how she can help me. She asked if I am paying more than 12% interest on my credit cards. I said no, she said "we cannot help you" and ***g up. They don't want to waste time on people who are not likely to pay them for their services. So . . . everyone should waste their time as often as possible. Return their calls, connect to their agents, ask for their help, ask questions, ask for details on their services, WASTE THEIR TIME. But you have to sound sincere. And don't yell, scream or cuss at them. It doesn't stop them. But wasting their time costs them money. And . . . DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY TRUE DETAILS ABOUT YOURSELF.. Let's all have some fun at their expense.

Pre-recorded message to low your interest rates on your credit cards. Option to remove your number from their list by pressing 3 does not work. Talking to a live person results in them ****ing up on you.

ID shows Lower My Interest. They call repeatedly. It doesn't matter if you "push 3 to be taken off of the list" or push 1 and talk to an agent; they keep calling.
