Anonymous scammer fraud

Anonymous rang my number a few times , did not answer. showed up as a cleaning company ringing me.

Just stated they were from Insite Medical and asked for a call back

J Doris Caller claimed to be with Medicaid, (elder person who answered here HAS Medicaid). They offered a "skin cancer testing kit", for the whole family - just need your Medicaid number. We're looking into now what can be done to remedy, because yes, my elder parent fell for it. 10 minutes later she told me about it which led me here resear****g the number, so it's a ****** S C A M..... BEWARE.

In the military stationed in Syria and said his from Florida. I believed he’s a scammer too.

He lives in Orlando and calls from a personal phone. Has the same "background" noise as if he was in call center, but it loops.
