A TELEMARKETER OR SCAM? An unknown caller!

Seems fishy to me. Claiming to be from RCI yet when I google the number nothing comes up. Offering me money to rent out my timeshare but they request that I make a payment first and would get my money back in return by mail. If this is not fraud I don’t know what is. I would stay away from answering these calls.
