Called to notify me Chase CC was just overdue and could pay by phone. they had last 4 digits of my bank account & bank (correct) and the approx balance due.

they did not identify themselves and they asked me to identify myself. I refused. They said they were calling from Chase Bank to collect a debt. I told him I did not believe them and would call Chase to verify. Chase said it is a scam and they would never call someone to ask their person information

Asked for a person I didn't know. Told him twice it was a wrong number. Keeps calling.

Anonymous I have gotten call from this # 5 or 6 times, which comes thru as a FL # and if I don't answer the call the it comes from Maine 207-507-3235. When I answer this # there's no reply to my ****o. I unfortunately work at a place that my personal cell is my main contact so I have to answer all call in less I am with my clients. I am SO tired of these stupid calls and I can't stop them.

Debit Collector thru Chase Card Services. By Robo Killer comes across as a Debit Collector for Chase. Went thru Credit info and have no acct that is thru Chase Bank. Is considered a scammer by Robo Killer.

Call it back and they say it’s chase, it’s for sure not. I called back and gave a bunch of bull S**t to them. They have been calling me so much. I think I’m going to call and waste there time like they have been doing to me.

This number has called 16 times from Sept 4-Oct 4. I see others here saying it’s Chase Scammer. I’ve also had calls from 2 other area codes where people say it’s Fake Chase. One number asked for my bf, who has never had a Chase account. This coincides with each of us exploring a personal loan, in particular with OneMain Financial and also with Bestbuy. Pretty fishy. Anyone else here explore loans?

These are sophisticated scammers and if you provide them with any personal information, you will find it be not only a very costly mistake, but could takes years cleaning up your credit by the time these scammers are done with you!! If you’re having trouble paying your bills communicate with your creditors and do not ignore them. Work together to get through it, and you will get through it!! Good luck!

My Caller ID says the call is from JPMorgan Chase. The calls have been very sporadic. I've received a total of 24 with the 1st one occurring on 10/05/22, & the most recent one 11/29/22. I'll admit, I am past due on my bills, but if the call is from a legitimate number wouldn't they leave a message?

They are rude and they call me 10 to 15 times a day demanding a past due balance that does not exist. I do not even have a Chase credit card. Do not give them any personal information.

George Caller ID claims it is JP Morgan Chase. I have never done any business with JP Morgan Chase and will never do so because the way they rewarded their criminal staff for illegally opening accounts.

Connected with Bill Collecting. I get 4-6 calls a day....never say anything but can hear voices in the background. Will send paperwork to crditor and see if this stops.

It says the number is "inactive", but call B--l S--t on that ,as I am still getting calls from that number. There should be some kind of law against what they are doing. It is an invasion into peoples lives having the phone ring all day and even at night.

L SCAM!!! DO NOT ANSWER!!! Calls nonstop 4 or more times a day for a solid week every few months then stops and starts again. They get the numbers through Chase and it's an old number (the number they call ISN'T the number Chase has or uses anymore). They are totally out of control and have interrupted so many things by calling from 830am - 1030pm. It'll make you insane and answering it only makes it worse. I have found that if you answer on a LANDLINE and immediately and relentlessly press # # # # a few dozen times and then hang up that the number that was calling sometimes stops. It supposedly makes the auto dialed think it's not a legit number. BUT THIS SCAM IS INSANE!!!!

anonmyous Not chase. any problems I have ever had with Chase, even with a late payment, they send me an email or call me and leave me a message. additionally, when I call back chase number that is on the back of my card I speak with a representative not a robot. I had a number like this call me at one point and I entered in my account information but nothing was happening. after the second or third time I called chase number on back of my card and they said we have not called you whatsoever. The woman told me never ever give bank account # . They will confirm birthday and last 4 digits of social. Not the account.

Silver My account has been closed for about two years now and the number they have on file is no longer in service. I know this isn't legit because I have a branch near my house and I had spoken directly to the bank manager to make sure that it was closed. The debt we had with them was paid off before we closed the account. This isn't a real collection department that keeps calling and it's causing a problem now that they keep calling all the time.

It is a phishing scam. If you call number back, the recorded message sounds legit, BUT it asks for you full account number or full social sec. number. No credit card company does that. Always call the number on your credit card and never give out info to unsolicited callers. Chase fraud protection verified that it is all a scam to get your personal or account info.
