lmv I was called by Philip Serrano 407-965-2937 said a warrant was insued for my arrest and he was trying to help me ,because I had a clean record. Said if I paid a 2,000. fine everything would be settled . I told him it sounded like a scam , he became nasty and said the DEA would be at my house in 4 minutes to arrest me . Everything thing he says tells you it's a scam , but the noise in the background (the walkie talkies) was still a little scary.
