We keep getting calls from this number..
I received a phone call today from this number 408-355-9855 and at first he was a Ray Carter then a Julian Marshall and he states I have defaulted on my pay day loan and he wanted me to fax into him a sign letter notarized to discontinue court action. He tried to get me to pay $2500. This is no joke! The gentlemen was not American. He tried to get me to do $500 payments. I called the loan company that has my loan and they have no idea what I am talking about. Oh my GO*** Lord Help us a***nst con-artist. What if I would have proceeded in giving him my money!
