nco called me for the first time today..but they weren't calling for me they were calling for my boyfriend who don't even live with me..he lives in a different province..they said it was given as a contact number..and they said that they are calling about a business opportunity.. so i googled it and found out they were a collections agancy..i don't no why they would be contacting me about so****ing i ain't even involved in..

Nco Calls all hours 7 days a week. Very rude on the phone now I just don't answer. They have used 5 different phone numbers 323-372-6326, 310-862-9031, 866-401-3139, 253-248-6405, 408-538-5101 These people need to stop the calls!!

We s****ed getting thes calls two weeks ago and they call everyday 6 times a day.  They don't say anything whether we answer or let the ma****e pick it up.  I looked up the number on WhoCallMe and saw that it is Capital One.  We don't not have a Capital One account and we don't owe anyone anything so we don't know why they are calling our number, but it is getting very annoying.

I've asked them to stop calling me, over and over. They call early in the morning and late at night.

I spoke with them calmly and rationally and informed them that they had the wrong number.  They asked if that they had actually reached the number they dialed, confirmed that I wasn't the person that they were looking for, apologized and said that they would never call back.  Guess we'll see if they actually live up to that.

These people are calling me from 8:00 to 9:00 continous. I do not know this number and have told them the person they are asking about is not living here. They still call and harrass. I hope someone out there can do so****ing about it and I am on the Do not call List. So how do they get the numbers?

I do have a capital one card that is over the limit.  I sent money into capital one and these ppl keep calling from many different numbers.  I usually just let it go to voice mail but i picked it up 3 or 4 times to tell them off but they never answer this is a **** poor way for anyone to do business.  I refuse to send any money to them from everything i have read about them.  They quit calling for about a week when i sent some money to cap1.  Now the calls s**** a***n.  NCO ****s!!!!!! AWFUL service!!!!

You actually have to write them a letter telling them to stop calling you.  If you look it up on google "collection agency harassment" some links pop up informing you of the rights you have and what you can do.

Calls many times a day from various phone numbers. This is just one of them. It is NCO, a collection agency, working for Capitol One.

Trust me, it is impossible to stop these calls so c****e your phone number. Once I did in fact actually talk to a human at NCO and they said sorry, these calls will keep coming until you pay your bill (what bill, I'm not past due with anyone) and I said, oh yes you WILL stop calling and their response was there was nothing I can do about it so I told the idiot that I was c****ing the number....the calls stopped.

These people call at least three times a day, today was 8:42am, 7:***m , 7:35pm.  They are not calling for me, but they won't stay on the f***ing phone long enough for me to tell them that they are never going to get the person they are calling for.

I am getting these calls every day, from 2 different phone numbers, asking for "Michael"! Who ARE these people?? They have somehow gotten my cell phone number and won't take me off their list although I've asked them 3 times now. Isn't there a LAW about this??

I just got this number this month. I do not know who it belonged to previously, but this company continues to call me and harass me by not saying anything when they call. I want this to stop. I called them and informed them that this is a new number issued to a new customer but they still continue to call me. How do I stop this?

NCO calls my number constantly and I am quickly growing tired of it.

This number calls constantly.  I called NCO and discovered they were trying to ruthlessly harrass someone that does not live at my mumber.  We have infomed them that they have the wrong number, but they persist. 4 times this morning [between 8:10a-9:54p PST], first time from this number, was getting calls from actual Capital One as recently as yes****ay. Another site was helpful and lead me to know this is an NCO? for Capital One.Does anyone know how the statute of limitations on contact actually works? Do we have any power to stop them harassing us? Sometimes my wife answers the phone and talks in an angry Southern accent that who ever they're trying to call this "aint their **** number anymore", and that's seemed to work pretty well for her. For a long time they were harassing her on her work number as well until her boss [bless her] told them she was fired for receiving too many interrupting "personal" calls. Seriously, she couldn't even answer her work line properly because she was terrified to give her name.

they call at least three times from this number 30 minutes apart.  They are NCO collection agency.  Sometimes they answer but usually the don't.  What is interesting is that at first they were all out of state phone calls.  Some numbers were 866 800 310 513 but they were all NCO  Today I s****ed getting 480 which is my area code.  These people are cutthroat, ruthless and will stoop at nothing to annoy you.
