I had an add for providing elder care, this person texted me and claims to be an 83 year old person with a phone number not in my cities area code. Said they didn't need care giving but wanted a " rent a friend, hangout buddy". here is the texted. "Would you keep a 83 yo company? Not like a caregiver more like a rent a friend, hang out buddy." It was super suspicious to me so I looked up the number on this app. Glad I did!!

Chris This guy is a person, who only texts and lures on into texting ad nauseum about personal matters that are off the hook. He at least, wants to be a sedual predator. He pretends that he is rich and can and will improve you life, if you submit to his ***ual whims that, depending upon your persuation, are degrading and all about him. This is not an authentic person in any way shape or form. I suspect that he is a computer rat recluse, hiding behind his computer, but has no intention of actually interacting with anyone on an organic basis live and in- person. PLEASE BEWARE. Forasec These people at NCO must have a ball sitting with their fingers on repeat/speed dial all day.One ID comes up NCO Financial,and another simply NCO.This started last Sunday morning before 9AM.I saw approx. 7 calls that day alone.Same thing monday,tues,we­d,thur (where I answered the phone and was ready to let them have it,but the guy who called was so nervous yet friendly that I could'nt be mean to him.He asked for a first name that both my husband and son share.I asked if he wanted Jr or Sr,he said slowly Jr,then changed it to Sr. I told him my husband was away on business and would'nt return until late friday night.He said thank you very politely then hung up.not even 30 minutes later, the phone rang again it was NCO.I answered again and this time I got a woman.I told her I had just got off the phone with her company only moments before.I asked her if I could take a message,and she sharply replied 'no,this is personal business to be discussed with the intended recipient only" or something to that affect.So I gave her the (late friday night) story as well .Now would you all believe that they continued calling that day? And here we are today,Friday and my phone's been ringing since 8:09AM.We are at 3 calls so far today.I think I'm going to have to get some vengeance today

These people do not have my permission to call my cell phone and call at least five-six times a day and are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA)which prohibits debt collectors from calling my cell phone without my permission and I understand that each unauthorized call could result in them paying me up to $1,500. The only way this statute is not violated is if express consent has been given. An unintentional call carries a damage amount of $500; an intentional call carries a damage amount of $1,500 and that is per call regardless of the purpose of the call. In other words, if you company calls using an automated dialing system without my consent, you have violated the Act thisentitles me to damages.

Caller ID says Doctors Group, offering free chiropractic visit. They call my business at least once a week on all of our phone lines. I just don't answer anymore.

SC We started getting thes calls two weeks ago and they call everyday 6 times a day.  They don't say anything whether we answer or let the machine pick it up.  I looked up the number on WhoCallMe and saw that it is Capital One.  We don't not have a Capital One account and we don't owe anyone anything so we don't know why they are calling our number, but it is getting very annoying.

Tucson1960 Better yet; get magic jack and use that number to be contacted at. Never give your cell phone out as a contact number. Just don't bother hooking up the magic jack to a physcial phone... It is a great extra line for your satelite dish.

jp 408 341-6828 this so called travel/cruise company has been harrassing my home and business number. My wife has filed an fcc complaint against them and will continue to post messages regarding this harrassment. We have asked both politely and rudely to stop calling and they do not care.

jme I do have a capital one card that is over the limit.  I sent money into capital one and these ppl keep calling from many different numbers.  I usually just let it go to voice mail but i picked it up 3 or 4 times to tell them off but they never answer this is a **** poor way for anyone to do business.  I refuse to send any money to them from everything i have read about them.  They quit calling for about a week when i sent some money to cap1.  Now the calls start again.  NCO sucks!!!!!! R You actually have to write them a letter telling them to stop calling you.  If you look it up on google "collection agency harassment" some links pop up informing you of the rights you have and what you can do.

This caller is Chiro Care. They are calling to set up free appts for chiropractic care. Call 1-888-774-6369 to get removed from the list. I did call the number and the first time it was answered and then hung up on me immediately. This organization calls me 2-3 times per day, even on weekends. When I answer, there is no one on the other end. When I call back there is a recording, but I'm not given the opportunity to have my number placed on the "do not call" list (I don't this would help). I am 80+ years old, and this is causing me undue stress and anxiety. I think that I might be missing an important call from my medical providers. My daughter has tried to respond to these harrassing calls on my behalf, but to no avail. I feels my rights to privacy are being violated by these SLEAZY people. They prey on the elderly and disabled, and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Calls once or twice week, recently everyday of the week. Sometimesthey call in the morning sometimes in the afternoon.Worst they don't even have the common courtesy to answer on the other end so I could tell them to stop calling. Very annoying, especially calling me on my work phone.I would like these clowns to cease and decist or have the carrier shut them down for unscrupulous calling.

Don Trust me, it is impossible to stop these calls so change your phone number. Once I did in fact actually talk to a human at NCO and they said sorry, these calls will keep coming until you pay your bill (what bill, I'm not past due with anyone) and I said, oh yes you WILL stop calling and their response was there was nothing I can do about it so I told the idiot that I was changing the number....the calls stopped.
