These people at NCO must have a ball sitting with their fingers on repeat/s***d dial all day.One ID comes up NCO Financial,and another simply NCO.This s****ed last Sunday morning before 9AM.I saw approx. 7 calls that day alone.Same thing monday,tues,we­d,thur (where I answered the phone and was ready to let them have it,but the guy who called was so nervous yet friendly that I could'nt be mean to him.He asked for a first name that both my husband and son share.I asked if he wanted Jr or Sr,he said slowly Jr,then c****ed it to Sr. I told him my husband was away on business and would'nt return until late friday night.He said thank you very politely then ***g up.not even 30 minutes later, the phone rang a***n it was NCO.I answered a***n and this time I got a woman.I told her I had just got off the phone with her company only moments before.I asked her if I could take a message,and she sharply replied 'no,this is personal business to be discussed with the intended recipient only" or so****ing to that affect.So I gave her the (late friday night) story as well .Now would you all believe that they continued calling that day? And here we are today,Friday and my phone's been ringing since 8:09AM.We are at 3 calls so far today.I think I'm going to have to get some vengeance today

These people call all day long, all week long, no matter what time it is, or what your location is. Beware of the phishing internet scam.

NCO calls multiply times daily from several different phone numbers. I don't know this company and I don't do business with them.

I received a call from 4085385102 at 6:03pm, 7:26pm, 8:02pm one day and 9:07am, 11:07am, and 12:07pm the next day. I never answered the calls and no voicemail was left. I am on the Verizon carrier. The number they called is my work cell phone.

The pennsylvania attorney general sued NCO financial back in 2006 for their tactics and business practices, NCO was ordered to pay $300,000 res***ution

I once received 25 calls from them in one day from 6 different numbers. I've blocked a few but, a new one keeps popping up.

Lol can't believe I type this number in on Google and other people have this number call them. Sooo you guys having a hard time paying your Amazon Store Card too? I need to just send them a 20 once a month. I've gone 4 months without opening my bills that Im just too scared to look now. Why did I ***** up!!!

These people do not have my permission to call my cell phone and call at least five-six times a day and are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA)which prohibits debt collectors from calling my cell phone without my permission and I understand that each unauthorized call could result in them paying me up to $1,500. The only way this statute is not violated is if express consent has been given. An unintentional call carries a damage amount of $500; an intentional call carries a damage amount of $1,500 and that is per call regardless of the purpose of the call. In other words, if you company calls using an automated dialing system without my consent, you have violated the Act thisen***les me to damages.

Apparantly they are a collection agency. They call all day, every day. They even called on Sunday. When I pick up the phone I have to say*****o like 12 times, before I get someone and then they are so RUDE!!! I dont even know the person they are asking for, but they wont stop calling!!

they call all day every day!! this people wont let me even work in peace, or have a nice fishing day they even call me on this past holidays!!!!! even on ***her day, even thiough i have it on vi***te it forces me to pick it p since i dint know who it is or it might be an emergency..this people dont care....i answered and no one sasid anything.. i aint even gonna bother with this people any more... i cant suggest c****ing your number in my case its paypal and usbank.... i once c****ed my num, but for some reason they found out months later or it might had been due to me forgetting and putting up my new number....i had been fishing many times, i have my hands full of dirt and worns then i have to reach on my pocket to find out is one oif this ****** collectors....

Better yet; get magic jack and use that number to be contacted at. Never give your cell phone out as a contact number. Just don't bother hooking up the magic jack to a physcial phone... It is a great extra line for your satelite dish.

calls 15 times a day!

kept calling my cell phone which is my work number and emergency number for family. i told them it was a work number and i cannot take calls at work.....needless to say, THEY COST ME MY JOB BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T STOP CALLING. can't afford a fancy phone with call block or silence.

call all day everyday..sat. and sun. included.....have filed complaints to the FTC how come nothing gets done....government red tape???

These people are sick. There is no name on the caller id.  I have just learned to type in their number and it is always NCO.  I am tired of them calling me.  I think they have called me 10 times today, from different numbers.  I am going to file a report with the Pennsylvania Attorney General about these creepy people.  There is no reason to call someone at their place of employment all day or at home this many times.  They are digusting.

Someone used my Sams card for unauthorized charges and now these people call 6 times a day. The bad charges were sent to Sam's via certified mail disputing the charges.

gotten several calls from "NCO" or "NCO FINANCIAL SERVICES" in the last few days.  they are a collections agency (www.ncogroup.com) but i haven't the foggiest who their client is.left ONE message.....mocking my outgoing message, even!

These people are insane. They call whenever they please but don't leave a message. I never answer numbers I don't know and if there is no message left too bad I don't call back... Jokes on them.

They are 3rd party and collect for Capital One and Dell Finacial. They must abide by FDCPA rules. Which they break all of the time by calling consitantly, consider it harasment.

NCO - They never leave a message - we do not know who they are or why they are calling. They call continuously throughout the day. We just **** up on them or let it go to voice mail.

Called without aknowlwdgement of who they were. No info giving. Told them that Fed and State law states they are to tell me who who thay are. Since they did not I told them not to call me Fu*king house a***n.

I just dont answer it unless its a phone in my phone address book and I just keep the fax on so when a call comes in they get a fax ring I can see the caller ID on the TV screen if it is some one of the family calling you knon family friend they mostly call the cell number anyway.

HERE'S A TIP: For annoying frequent calls (ie debt collectors) to your cell phone you could save the numbers that call and****ign them a unique ringer ID to ring as 'Silent'. So you'll get the call but it won't ring your phone and bother you. Then instead of getting annoyed or frustrated you can just laugh. Sure it seems they call from a million numbers but after a week or two you'll have them all saved and silenced. (ps. I ran into an old Nokia phone with no Silent setting so possibly you could just create your own ringtone with just of couple "pauses".)

yeah they are gud keep calling even if no answer you think they give up but no that is ok now they got my cell phone number keep calling so i just put they on my block list in my phone so now i dont even hear them calling me.. I LOVE IT..thank you SAMSUNG SGH-T429

I'm guessing it's NCO since they've got so many #'s they call from all over the country. These people don't give up whether you answer or not.

They are a collection agency called NCO. They call at all times of day, and it's never the same person. They never communicate, or make call notations, so even if you speak to someone about a payment, 20 minutes later someone else calls. I just **** up the phone or hold the phone up to the tv or radio. I think it ****es them off, but I don't care, because they don't seem to care.

These guys call incessantly and are rude - they claim we have an outstanding liability that they purchased but will not share the details as to what it is. My hubby has a credit score of 700+ and we have no late bills.
