This is in regard to a collection company called Rickenbacker group. We recently noticed their number(408)762-7320 and others show up on our answering service.  Also, we have been trying to get them off our credit report. We are unable to reach a person.  We finally decided to make an official complaint a***nst them with the Federal Trade Commision, the Attorney General's Office, write a letter to their office which, by the way has no suite number, and we made a personal call to equifax credit reporting agency. If there are others out there please do make the FTC aware of this fraudulent company. They are not following the fair trade commision guidelines, therefore, they are ineligible to do business in the US. I get the feeling these people are foriegn and do not know or understand our guidelines to conduct legitimate business. Extremely annoyed!

Yes it is!!! Very Irritating...

I believe this to be a ****** collection agency in Morgan Hill, California.

This company calls sometimes 2-3 times EVERY DAY. Very annoying and using up my cell minutes. They are looking for someone else who put my number down. I even renewed my sign-up for the National Do Not Call Registry.I might just contact the National DO Not Call Registry to report this number. And I want to file a consumer complaint, even sue the source for harassment and violation of my privacy and personal damages.

get a hold of the federal trade commission, i am going through the steps now its a little bit of a head ache but worth it legal action can be taken for hurrasment and or scare tactics to get you to pay them.1-877-382-4357they continue to call and call and call, when you answer the phone they put you on hold....
