On two different calls, they were pretending to be the boss of two different****ociates, but area code was odd so neither****ociate engaged. They both confirmed with their boss it was not him. Both calls were from this same phone number. Obvious scammer.

Advertising for a generic loan service

Sherue Has called 4 times 3 robo messages on voice mail 1 at 5AM anothe at 6AM! The caller ID number c****es but we found out Its his personal phone so if he calls a***n callback whatever # he's called from. Bother him like he does others!

Anon Rickenbacker Group closed its doors on March 11, 2011. If they are on your credit report, make sure to dispute the debt with the credit bureaus and they will remove it off your credit report within 30 days at most since the company has closed.

Delaware complaint This is in regard to a collection company called Rickenbacker group. We recently noticed their number(408)762-7320 and others show up on our answering service.  Also, we have been trying to get them off our credit report. We are unable to reach a person.  We finally decided to make an official complaint a***nst them with the Federal Trade Commision, the Attorney General's Office, write a letter to their office which, by the way has no suite number, and we made a personal call to equifax credit reporting agency. If there are others out there please do make the FTC aware of this fraudulent company. They are not following the fair trade commision guidelines, therefore, they are ineligible to do business in the US. I get the feeling these people are foriegn and do not know or understand our guidelines to conduct legitimate business. Extremely annoyed!
