Refused to video chat to show the kittens are real as the heavily accented “Jeffrey” told me his son “Joey alias” was who he wanted money sent to was good with technology but refused to have him call me. To video chat. At that point I told him it sounded very sketchy and if he could not verify I was out. he cussed me out and called me names after many emails. Said his website was verification it’s not

This is a SCAM VOIP ( Internet phone #). This person will contact you via FB messenger and will text you claiming he’s from a government program saying you have money coming. He will take your info and when you don’t comply and call him out on his scam, he threatens you and continues to call. This has been reported to 3 police departments.
