I believe this is an IRS scam. Every time they call, they leave a different number.

Kent County MD local Keeps calling, but no one there when first answer.  Today, held on long enough to get person to come on the line.  When politely told the person they wanted wasn't here, and asked if they would like to leave a message, they ***g up immediately, without another word.  No one legitimate would do that.
