The caller ID was DPL. The person identified himself as delmarva power. He claimed my account was past due and a disconnect notice had been issued. He asked me if I was aware of that. I hung up on him because my accounts were on auto pay. Upon checking my accounts, they were all current. That's why I considered this a scam call.
