The are a Google partner offering to****ist with web services and such. I listened and them send their services in writing. They are one of many Google partners. If you don't need any type of web service support pick up the phone answer it and say you're not interested please take my number off your database.

Sick of them calling and disrupting EVERY DAY! An actual person called today and said they wanted to verify my recent c****es to the google listing for my business. When I told them that I already verified my listing and asked who they really were, they ***g up.
