telemarketer for education. applied for job on craigslist and these folks keep calling and won't leave a message

Lisa Received a call from this number. Someone rambles off so****ing unintelligible and I ask him "who did you say you are" his response? "Great!" Then rambles some more about education. I asked who he was looking for and he says, "I don't actually have a name but..." Then goes back into his spill and I'm trying to speak and he won't shut up. I say, "I need you to take my number off your list" he ignores me as try to say it several times. I ask "will you stop talking" he still keeps going, then I say ,"SHHHHHHH" and then he ****s up on me! When I call the number back I got a recording. Some telemarketing bs. It gave me an option to place my number on their do not call list. I guess theirs is different from the national one! Hopefully they don't bother me a***n. It was a totally random call. I did not sign up for anything with my cell number!
