Said they were having a problem delivery of a package and this is not the person they were looking for they have no reason to have my number

They tell you they can get your interest rate down on your credit card. Also asked what my account balance was, this makes no sense if they are the company. They would have this info. Tried to offer no interested for 3 months. When really it is all a scam to get your credit card info.
