I Recieved A Txt From This # & Had No Idea Who It Was !

I am receiving texts from a supposed land line

Calling about the value of my home/refinance. When I tried to politely end the call multiple times, he persisted. Very rude. Called him on it and told him to put us on do not call list.

Unknown caller did not leave a message. Called back- "Sorry the number you called could not be dialed" LOL! Obviously. And I won't be answering when you spam me.
