my mother is having these calls can anyone tell me if he sounds like a londener? i know it is a scam iv done my research just need enough info to go 2 the police :) x x

received the same phone call today, the man said his name james white, I will report this!

I gotten several calls from this guy with a heavy accent claiming to be officer Gary Smith. He has called several times looking for Ashley Cole about a legal matter about her S.S. number. He has called several times even though I have told him that I do not know who that is. I think I am going to call the police for harrassment because the calls just won't stop. The number he called from was (412)360-8435.yup this all guys are really s**t they had given me a call and asking to pay $4600 by my debit card so he told me that i will be at a safer side but then i asked him where this payment is going and he told me that this payment goes to eloan universe and then i asked him why it is going to this company and he told that this is payment department then i google it and found that this company is fake and fraud so dont pay any money to eloanuniverse in any situation they are trying to scam us and that guy was having typical indian accent !!!!!!CAN ANYONE STOP THIS SCAMMERS ????????

i received a call from officer kevin martin he also told be there was a siut a***nst my name and i owe 1500 to fast cash which is a group of payday loan company he could not tell me which company i owe this money to i was going to pay it because he said they would settle for 292. then i went to fax him theinfo he asked for and found an old fax from jan from the same phone number but different officer and the same amount so it looks like he got me once but not twice he has been calling me at work all day because he needs my exp date off my prepaid card

I got a call from James White saying that there was a legal complaint a***nst me. He said that I owed $1256 for a pay day loan. I asked him what loan company was he referring to. He old me that he did not know. I am not paying him any money.

well , the 412-360-8435 is ****  I told the so called caller "Officer James White"  STOP calling  my place of employment  or I will report this to the NYS State Troopers  and  US attorney general  whom ever else in  authority , however  this  **** didn't like that and ***g up on me!!!

I just got a call from the same number wanting to settle a debt a***nst me. they must be ****** cause they want my bank card number.Saying they are a federal agent but when you call the number back they just say*****o. The numbers are 916-395-0000 it is track to sacramento, california and the 412-360-8529 is tracked to pittsburgh, pa

i got the same call at my job and the caller 's name was officer james white  #412-360-8435  well i called it without thinking and i came to the conclusion that if it was a police station  someone would have talked !! what people do to scam another  human being  i am a true believer that GOD will take care  of this scammer  :"officer james white"

i was a debt collector for 4 yrs,and i recieved a call from this number stating i was facing criminal matters,and then tried to make payment arrangments with me for 400 an so****ing odd dollars.this is an illegal way to practice collecting monies owed,and they can be sued for this.please know your rights.

This indian guy name officer jones called me aboyut a legal matter why would. A officer call me that's just dumb. A lawyer would call

ya i got this same call today i knew right away that it was a bowl of ****, you think scam artists would at least have a name that matched with his accent come on officer mark brown he sounds like an indonisian descent.      reallly he not to smart.

I am also getting a lot of calls from this number and are stating it is a legal matter and man has heavy accent, but has given me 3 or 4 different names.  They want money, but refuse to send me any paperwork.  Once they even asked if I wanted a loan from this same number, but different name.  Deffinately sounds like a scam

I keep getting calls from man with heavy accent coming up as an unkown number but when they leave voicemail they give the number 412 360 8435 saying a criminal matter with my ss num has been reported and they are filing charges and if I don't call back they will send someone to my mailing address or my job. The one time I tried calling back a ma****e came on. I am thinking this "officer brown" is some sort of scammer.

I received several calls and they left a message saying that I had legal action a***nst me.  I didn't answer and I didn't call back and I will not.  If you receive these kind of calls, don't answer don't call back just **** up on them.  If  you are concerned about your credit get a credit alert put on it, call the police and have a record and get a copy of your credit report.  I checked mine nothing on it I didn't already know about.

person calling a***n and a***n and threatening me this scam going on please do not give out any bank information to them...they can just call u but do nothing...
