neddie told me his name was william sott, ot sure thats the spelling on the last name tho. he left message on my voice mail and since my cat is missing i thot it was about that but not,s so****ing strange here. when i called him he said he mustve dialed the wrong number, but i recognized the voice. then he called me back a***n and when i answered he ***g up. i swear hes the person i talked to yes****ay about my cat that lives over the hill from me. i know that voice. the lady next to him takes in strays, and i think one of them has mine

Apparently a ****up call from this number -- but AFAIK the phone never actually rang (as opposed to when the phone DOES ring but there's no caller ID).

Keeps sending me unwanted messages after I have repeatedly asked who he is and that he has wrong number but he keeps sending messages and doesn't answer my question
