Leave a CommentI got this call and couldn't answer because I was at work. It was from PNC, the gentlman left a message. It was the same person/name I had been speaking with on PNC live chat regarding opening an account for my daughter. He left his call back number and a voicemailbox number.
This number is the number that shows up when someone from PNC's call area makes an outbound call - its routed through a "PBX" system so that's why when you call back it says its not a valid number.
Got a voicemail from this number saying it was my health insurance company offering a new program...thought it was very strange since my husband is the primary contact why would they call me first and not him. Sounds like a scam.
I got a call from this number but did not answer. I called it back and a message said it was no longer in service? Very strange and I do have an account with PNC.
The caller is from PNC Bank. May be calling you if you recently opened up an account online
