This is PNC Bank. It showed on my Caller ID as Pittsburgh PA 412-803-9152. There are doing a customer Satisfaction survey. They never asked for ANY personal information other than my last name since I called them back. The surveyor got a little snotty when I said that I keep my account open but do not use it because there were too many blunders by them when PNC took over for National City. Guess they are having a lot of complaints or people are closing accounts. Customer satisfaction surveys are a tell tale sign. I have been with PNC/ aka national city for over 3 years and this was the first customer satisfaction survey from them ever!

Got this call today. I work in the telephone survey industry. If it was a legitimate call they would never ask for any identifing information. If PNC hired someone to call you for customer satisfaction they would not want some random company to have their information. Nor would they risk such a major blunder. As I've said before this can not be PNC. Plus if they where a legitimate company doing tele-surveys the number would be listed as so****ing else then pnc.

Called at 8:40 p.m.!!!said he's calling from PNC bank about my recent experience with them, and if i could answer a few questions for customer satisfaction survey. told him no as PNC Bank has not notified me that I would be receiving a call. Although I saw the caller ID of 4128039152, he said he's calling from a 1-888 number, PNC Pennsylvania

They call but do not leave a meassage and call on off hours and days

Called me 1.4.08 during fay hours, but left no message. I am a PNC coustome but leaving no message is annoying.
