Foreign call center cold caller for US company – this one claimed to be Medicare and offered upgraded plans. Prior calls were proven to be One Digital of Chicago, IL (312-756-8874) and Clear Link of D****r, UT (801-424-0018). I have those calls recorded and one is on YouTube at https://youtu.be/uPz6uaHMG9E w/notes. My phone service already had this marked as a spam number.

Anonymous The person calling from this number is prank calling. The many calls I have received from someone****ociated with this phone number have been a nuisance. This is now bordering on outright harassment.
