I needed to call or I would be in legal trouble
It sounded like an automated message. I could not understand what was being said because the voice kept breaking up, possibly because of bad signal. The only thing I understood was Social Security. I suspect its a scammer.
SCAM CALL awoke a person recovering from cancer treatment. Likely another "WCF" SCAM call; a PHONY, FAKE cancer charity that ENRICHES ONLY THE SCAMMERS THEMSELVES.
