yES i GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER - NO MESSAGE - CONSTANT BUSY SIGNAL WHEN RETURNING CALL. Thought this might be an automatic generated call

J 1st time this number called is was recording about some fund raising or so****ing, I stopped answering, and put the number on my CELL PHONE's "reject list" (not as useful as it sounds, as it just sends them to voice mail, and tracks it as a missed call... but it does not ring!) In any event, they have called six times in the last six days... each time no message is left... they can't take a hint that I don't want to waste CELL PHONE time on donation solicitations!
