Lightning At 6:54pm 10-4-2010, I received a cold call from 414-208-4435 soliciting money, even though I am on the do not call list. The caller did not know my name or address. I would like to know where he got my phone number. His organization has allowed slum landlords to roof flood apartment tenants out of their rooms, have leaky ***** plumbing into tenants rooms, have huge uncollected garbage dumpsters making a health mess at slum landlord's apartment building alleys, having defective leaking gas stoves, etc. The slum landlords are related to Thomas B Powers, ******ia B Pierce LLC, Peter Moede, Atlas Tannery Maintenance, etc, in Milwaukee. The organization members are probably named Jennifer Monte and Mario Hernandez, of the City of Milwaukee. The phone 414-283-2680 is used by the slum landlords mentioned. They have engaged in extortion solicitation for substantial sums of money, usually off the phone. They have placed criminals in some of their apartment buildings, to generate income for the landlords, at great risk to older tenants of the buildings. The criminal parolees are part of the extortion technique....so I have named Thomas B Powers as a gangster! Likewise Mario Hernandez, Jennifer Monte, Maria Garcia, Mr Wilson (Atlas Tannery), and John Lugo (Atlas Tannery)!
