maruader when I allowed the ma****e to take the call all that was on the message was static.  Clearly an automated dialer and the local call back cid is a very deceptive way to beat the DNC registry.  LCB is for VOIP (Skype, Vonage, etc) or for prepaid telecom service where the originating phone call is nowhere near the destination number (yours).  Never worth your time or energy to answer this type of call.

ltk11869 keeps calling - no on there if you do answer.  is this robo-calling?  it's irritating
