no message, they just called (I didn't pick up because I didn't recognized this phone number).

They said there was a federal complaint a***nst me.

They don't say anything when they get voicemail.I don't answer to unknown callers.

"Is your property on the market but hasn't had any interest? I want to take a ***k at **** X. **rd St. Want more details? This is Mark. I live in the neighborhood."

This man is hostile after calling him out for contacting me without my permission and asking about my home. He also stated that he drove past it which is why he called.
