Anonymous Annoying calls. Constant calling

Anonymous Don’t do any business with the person****ociated with this phone number. He is a ticket scammer. He refuses to accept Venmo or Zelle, rather, claims his wife is ‘nervous’ about doing a transaction through those venues and insists going through Google Pay. After the transaction goes through, he says there is a problem and wants to s**** over. I have reported this to the Colorado Springs Police Department as well as my credit card company.
