Calls & says to please call back, WILL NOT SAY WHAT CALL IS REGARDING!!! Has left 2 different names on 2 different messages--kinda su****ious. I asked him to please call back & state who he is representing & how much I owe them, that I am the only one who has access to my voicemail & I am authorizing him to leave this information. Several bill collectors have told me I must do this or they can't release the information. ***in damaged jack*** leaves ANOTHER message & says he can't leave the info, it's illegal. It's not illegal if you tell them you are the only one with access to the voicemail, which is what I did. Another bill collector advised me to do that, I'm pretty sure they would not advise people to do illegal things. I just want to know what they want. I'm tired of playing games. I left a message saying if he wouldn't release what the call was regarding that I would not be able to call him back & I haven't, nor will I.
