This man who doesn't speak very clear english keeps calling and telling me he's having his people come get me and has all my information and I just told him what I thought in a very sweet southern accent using no so very nice words and then kept calling him and bugging him over and over and over. I swear if I could get him I would!

they did the same thing to me saying there was a warrant for my arrest over a payday loan i did not pay i called the  FBI   they told me to call them and tell them there company was a scam  and they were not going to get anything off me and the FBI  was onto them, when i tried to call back noone answers the phone . Im hoping i dont get anymore calls , and im wondering iof i should close all my accounts? Company name was the Financial Accountability****oc.

I received a call yes****ay stating all the same info above that everyone else has gotten. This is a scam. They are giving new names as the person who called me was named Rocks Murphy and he was the head lawyer at Financial Accountability****oc. Lawfirm, told me I was going to loose my job if I did not pay him and when I asked questions, he got irate and told me I was going to jail and that I was going to loose in court and owe over $5000. Tried to call back today but no answer. Do not give them any of your info, they have enough of it already.

these people called me telling me I was wanted for fraud and I have a court date next Monday.  these people had all my information.  these people told me that they were going to contact my employer and may god help me.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and they ***g up.  My phone rang a***n with another pre recorded message from them stating I needed to call them back due to a time sensitive matter.  How ******!!!  I just got off the phone with these people less than a 1/2 hour ago.  We are all on to them so may god help them!!!

The **** did the same thing to me today. Had ALL my info, name date of birth, social, work name and number, what i did for a living, bank name, I was too through. so i traced the number and contacted my Bank. I know he is in San Francisco. If i had a way to get there I would and....Im just gona leave it at that. Just protect yourself people. But trust me when I say they will pay.

it is crazy this guy keeps calling my job and saying i have a court date on friday at 11 am and i should be there and blah blah blah he is nothing but a loser i found out he lives in san fran right acroos the street from the city hall on Van ness ave he wont even answer my phone calls now but it is okay because he got the right one this time. I received a call from this Financial Accountability****oc they threatened to befrom federal laws suits and they could get me fired and put in jailed. They keptinsisting to fax a letter with my signature and they also wanted my credit cardso they kept insisting I give them my credit card. They have been harrasing meat work and I had to go and close my accounts because they had all that information on me. They're a scan they're just using and threating people so they can drain your account. Be aware!!!!!!!!!! I've had the same guy calling and using different numbers and name "Watkins, Walker, Jackson" he or they areusing all this illegal names. Somebody needs to report them to Channel 3 or 5 from Ohio. They are also using 415-200-0255.

The company name is Spencer Reed Financial.  Very condecending about how I am a deadbeat and they can't give me any do***entation but I need to give them credit card number over the phone now or go to jail.  Interesting approach to get my money.

These peope keep call me for money, saying the I owen them some type of pay day loan this is a scam. I call the police and the report them. Also I call the Federal Trade Commission, Anyone who receive a call from these peope should do the same things.
