They call all day and all week long about insurance. Just as quick as I block them, they call with a new number. They do have an option to opt out, but that’s also useless as they call anyways.

Anonymous automated phone call from an insurance company. uses other voip numbers beginning with 415 200. have been turned into the do not call registry. other numbers are 4152001273; 4152001569; 4152001797; 415200 1186..... Do Not Call registry #is 8883821222. If it is a robocall, you can report them even if your number is not on the Registry.

I block each one as it comes up, but they seem to have an endless supply (last call was 4155-200-1273) They call 4 - 5 times a day, leave an automated voicemail message. I cannot seem to get rid of them.
