I received yes****ay, about 5:00 pm Eastern Time, a call from a gentleman who went unidentified but had a very heavy accent almost to the point of broken English. He was calling from 810671485 and indicated he was from a law firm.  i was immediately su****ious and ***g up. he then proceeded to leave me a message in that he knew where I worked, knew my social, and that if a did not reply in 15 minutes a law suit in the amount of $9,000 would be filed, my employer would be contacted and i would lose my job. I tried recalling the number but to no avail. One hour later he recalled, I answered but got no respone. This **** is a fraud from the**** go.  If I am so lucky to receive another call from this numberI will have a surprise waiting for him or her w***ver the case may be.

I recieved several phone calls Friday stating that I had a claim file a***nst my social security number and that I should have recieved an affidaviat in which I had not. This person has a heavy accent and was telling me all of these illegal things that I have done. This phone call caught me off guard and I was about to verify my information but then stop and think that I did not do any of this stuff that they accused me of doing. I went to my bank and reported this and I also filed a complaint with my local police department. It is scary that they have all of your information. I do have payday loans but am currently working with them to make payments.

I just got a similar call for my sister, who is deployed on active duty.  The fellow who called did not leave a name and kept trying to talk over me to give me a phone number for her to call him back at.  After very sternly telling him to listen to me, he quieted down enough for me to tell him that my sister could not call him back in the near future and what is the call regarding.  He said it was a personal matter and after some argument about whether or not my sister really could call him, he ***g up. Very irritating.Btw, I think Freeda Cook is Mark Jones/Fred Johnson.  Troll.

The above complaints are not true and not scam.pls beleive fast cash internationals and pay back the loan amount or you may be facing serious consequences......this is Lara rivera.....They are very good people.

received 5 missed calls within a 4 minute time period while at work.  The phone number was 810671485, which as we all know at this point is 1 digit less than other legitimate phone numbers.  He said his name was John, and to call him back at 408-331-8996.  He explained to me that I have a criminal lawsuit filed a***nst me.  And that my court date was Tuesday of next week.  he could not provide me with the case number, when the case was filed, or the calendar date of the court case itself.  I explained that even if a lawsuit is Civil or Criminal that the defendant needs to receive notification through the mail.  He said that "thats not how it works", I come from a family of lawyers so I knew he was lying.  He then told me to provide him with my lawyers information (scare tactic).  I contacted my Civil and Federal court houses simply to see if cases were filed....and there were not.  It is clearly a scam.  As much as you can try to scare people the state, local, and muni****l laws are very black and white.  Perhaps if they plan on scamming people they should brush up on their legal rules to at least sound somewhat professional

HELLO I HAVE THE SAME EXACT COMPLAINT AS EVERYONE ABOVE.  SAME SCENERIO ALL THE WAY.  I CALLED THE FTC AND REPORTED THEY TOLD ME TO POST A COMMENT HERE AND TO ASK OTHERS TO CALL IN WITH A COMPLAINT ON THE SAME NUMBER AND IF THEY COULD RECEIVE MORE COMPLAINTS THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO PURSUE THE COMPLAINT.  THE PHONE NUMBER I REPORTED IS 415-200-0272.  LETS STOP THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!11

fred johnson is a nice man who saved my life ............from danger he helped me to get ride frm the case which has been filed a***nst me ......he was a very humble person .........explained me the situvation very clearly and thn he transfer the call 2 amanda jones .....she accepted my payments of $1136 at last ...........thank u .........

The same thing!! This guy has not stopped calling my phone or work phone. he said he was from the faa and that he is going to take me to court tomorrow at 11 am. What is wrong with these people?? he said he was from fast cash and that i owe 987 dollars and that if i didnt pay it tomorrow i was goig to lose my job.WHAT?? These people are crazy!

got a call from michael johnson, thick accent.called back, told the female on the line i was an attorney andwished to speak to mr johnson.  she ***g up.i'm going to keep calling for awhile and see how much fun i can hae with them today.

I do have outstanding payday loans but am working with each company individually.  My favorite thing about these guys is how they call with the really thick accents but their names are Fred Johnson and Mark Jones, etc...I've been threatened about 20 times over the last month and a half about somebody coming to my workplace to get me.  Ridiculous.

I also received a call from Joseph threating me. When I called back to tell them to stop calling me they asked me if I had an attorney if not, I better get one.  I told them I to stop calling me or I would investigate them and they ***g up the phone quickly.

I also received the same call from someone from some Mark person. Telling me to have my attorney contact him and do not ignore this message. These people are insane.I have sent e-mails back and contacted them as well and they were rude and did not want to answer any of my qqueastions! I also told them I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and they got off of the phone quickly.

I too got the same person and he even went as fas as to threaten to send my sisters to court and he called them by name. Saying that I had to be in court and that he would send someone to my job and to my house. Once I figured it was a scam I called back and he kept saying different things as well as repeating the numbers off the caller id from where I was calling from. He also wanted the lawyer so he could fax the information to him and when I asked to get the info faxed to me he said that it was illegal. I am going to take it one step further and see what I can get.

This toolbag called me as well but i find it rather amusing to engage in conversation with this gentleman.  Especially with how easy it is to get him fired up and tongue tied.  This comes in handy while the call is being recorded and all the threats and screaming he does.  Its actually quite comical when played back.  I might actually have to post it somewhere for your enjoyment.  This guy obviously doesnt have a clue and like in some other posts here i to am tracking this man down to ensure this stops. So... for all those who get calls from this man.... have fun with it and see how much you can get him to contradict himself and call him out on it...HILARIOUS

Yes this man also called me saying the same thing and when I asked about this company he gave me the same spill same names Mark Wilson, Steven Johnson, Danny Lewis, Randy Jonew, all names in the same voice like people are ******. He called from 8106711485, 3103629346 and leaves messages talking about the Hotline to Mr. Wilson is 4152000272.  Has been calling me like crazy using different names and I told him I was investigating him and he ***g up on me and when I called back he put a lady on and she offered not one bit of understandable English.  Said the name of his company was Financial Accountabilty****ociation based in California.  No such company exists. When I told him I was investigating him he ***g up on me.

Hi,I just had the EXACT same thing happen to me.  He said I owed the same amount as you; $1136.25.    He is calling himself "Michael Davis" the senior attorney.  He says I will be taken to the "Court House" tomorrow at 11am if I do not pay.   I called back as well and he ***g up on me 3 or 4 times when I told him I knew he was a scam.  This is just scary that he knows my soc sec number, address, phone number, and place of work.

Received a call from a man with a heavy accent, named Mark Wilson. He stated that he was calling on behalf of Fast Cash Internaitonal. He stated that I took out a loan a year ago (which I didn't), and the loan was now deliquent. Mark asked to read an affidavit to me. He had the last 4 digits of my social. He stated that if I did not pay them $1136.25, he would have the police come to my job and take me to court. On top of the $1136, he stated that I would owe $5,000 in attorney fees. He told me to have my lawyer call him back to discuss. I told him that I never took out a payday loan, and that it seemed like this was a scam. He became very angry and s****ed threatening me...saying that he would see me in court. I asked where he was located and he said that he was located in California.  I ***g up the phone and did a search. Mark Wilson, which also goes by the names of Danny Lewis, Steven Johnson, and Randy Jones, has been harrassing people for quit a while. He has also used the phone numbers of 310-362-3127; 310-362-4312; 310-362-9346. I called "Mark Wilson" back and told him that I wanted to take a recorded statement from him. He became very angry and stated that he did not want to take it. I proceeded to ask him where his business was located. He would not tell me. I told him that I contacted the FBI, The California Attorney Generals Office, and The Homeland Security Dept. He ***g up on me. I called him back several times afterwards...each time he ***g up on me. Don't be fouled by this man...IT IS A SCAM!!!

I have received several calls stating that I owe money to a company that I no longer owe any funding too.  I have verified with the company to ensure no debt is owed.  The caller says his name is Dan Lewis- the call was coming from 810-671-485- this time when he called, very heavy accent,I answered if i was some one else and asked for his contact information. The 1-415-200-0272 was given. On my last call when I stated it was a fraud call he got very angry and threaten me.
