I keep receiving some *** phone calls. The phone number looks from US.a. How to identify that person.

Name was Jack Smith calling from 415-200-0245 in the Cyber Crime Unit. said he coudlnt tell me who i owed the loan online for 502.00 to but game me an I.P. address 99.32.167.209 . Think Indian accent and made outrageous threats. The phone call also sounded like it was in a warehouse and the connection wasnt that stable. I could hear myself echoing as i talked. Called my work and my cell. I hope they find the people and let me get a threat in on them.

BEWARE - THE CALLER IS A NIGERIAN BASED SCAMMER. LINKED TO CREDIT CARD FRAUD.

i recieved a call just like these but he did not ask me for money he told me i got a payday loan in 2008 and never paid it back i didnt even have a computer in 2008 i told this indian sounding guy that and he told me to wait till monday morning and i will be arrested by 8 am and if im telling the truth to take it to court! so heres my question is this iden***y theft did someone get a loan in my name or is this just a scam and how did they get allmy info????????

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE SAYN THEY WERE FROM A CYBER CRIME DIVISION AND THAT I OWE A PAYDAY LOAN. HE TOLD ME THAT LEGAL OFFICES WOULD COME TO MY HOME AND JOB TO ARREST ME AND TAKE ME TO COURT. I ASKED HIM TO TELL ME WHERE THE COURT WAS HE REFUSSED TO TELL ME.

I ALSO RECEIVED A CALL BOTH AT HOME AND AT WORK TELLING ME IT WAS URGENT I CALL HIM BACK SAID HIS NAME WAS KEVIN FLORES AND WHEN I RETURNED THE CALL AND QUESTIONED WHAT THEY WANTED THAT THEY WERE FROM THE CYBER CRIME DIVISION AND I WOULD BE ARRESTED WHEN THEY CAME TO MY WORK AND SERVED ME WITH AN AFFIDAVIT...I THOUGHT THAT WOULD BE WARRANT OR SUBPOENA?????? WHEN I GOT HOME THE SAME MESSAGE WAS AT HOME WARNING ME TO RETURN THE CALL AND WISHED ME LUCK AS WELL AS MY KIDS.

ALSO RECIEVED A CALL TELLIN ME THEY WORK FOR CYBER CRIME AGENT AND THAT I HAD A COURT DATE ON MONDAY AND IF I DIDNT CALL BACK AND TELL THEM I WAS TAKING CARE OF MY CASE I WOULD BE PICKED UP AT WORK OR HOME. THEY HAD ALL MY INFO!!! SO****ING NEEDS TO BE DONE. i WAS NEVER SERVED WITH PAPERS. WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK I GET A FAX MA****E. THE NUMBER THAT SHOWED UP ON PHONE WAS 1123456789

I also received a call today both on my cell and at work. He had an indian accent and said it was an urgent matter and that if I don't call back today, he wishes me luck. When I returned the call to the number left on my voicemail it did not ring, there was silence and then it sounded like a fax line. Very strange.

I received a similar call today, my husband called back and the man was totally rude and told him not to call the number a***n.  I am calling the police or the Monetary Crimes division because I'm sick of these people taking advantage of people.  He said he was with Oak View Law Firm.

I received a call from man saying that I was a thief and that I have a court date tomorrow and that there would be police coming to my door to arrest me. He said that he was from the attorney's office representing cash net and that they had deposited money into my bank account in nov 08.I told him that Ihad proof that they hadn't and he said that there would be apolice officer at my door in two hours to arrest me. I think that they should be arrest for trying to scare people into given them money.

was totally harrassed by an Indian man who said i was a theif and they were on there way to arrest me in a "jeep" I asked what this was for and he said after I paid the 1097.33 they would give me all the info. He said he was from the attorney's office representing cash net and the deposited 300 into mjy bank account in nov 08 and i didnt even open that account til jan 09. He said there was a warranty and they were coming with hadcuffs. I immedeitly went to the local police department and had an officer call Jacob Morris and once he said he was a police officer he ***g up on him. The cop told me it was a scam and to report to major credit bureaus a fraud alert for possible iden***y theft...BE WARE OF SCAMMERS

what can be done with these people

i received this call and numerous other calls from this number they say they are a law firm told me today 8/6/09 that i had a court date tomorrow and the police would pick me up at my residence or place of employee the have a lot of personal information about me what can be done

This foreign man keeps on calling saying that I need to call him back regarding a court case tommorow, also says he is gonna send a police officer to my home and work. He has my full name and home address and work address. He has my home phone number and work number. Constantly callng me several times a day. I ask him what is it that i owe and he wont tell me.

Claimed a legal case must be present in court tomorrow.

I recieved a similar call telling me to call or have my attorney call and wishing me luck. i don't have the number that populated on my phone but when i called it back it was a verizon disconnected cell phone...981so****ing.

Received call saying they were a law firm representing a payday loan company and that if I don't comply that I would be arrested within two hours.  Hope everything works out and God Bless you
