Leave a CommentI also live in MN and have been receiving these calls from the Star Tribune. I had already declined offers from this number. About 3 weeks ago they s****ed calling a***n, up to 3 times per day.
I also live in Minnesota and I keep getting calls from this number 415-358-7682 when I call it back it says vm is full- and when I answer the call it has already disconnected- its in California and its under LAnewspaper- Im wondering how I can stop this- Im not happy I keep getting these calls it makes me worry- help!
I get them 3 times a day every day!
Have also been getting a call from this number frequently. Also live in MN. Annoying.
The s****ribune ****s. I stopped paying my bills thinking they would stop sending me newspapers (like any other subscription) but they kept sending them. Finally I got a call from a collection agency for the papers I DIDN'T even WANT!!! I was so fed up with them after numerous back and forths I finally told them to shove it and I never wanted to hear from them a***n. Every 3 or 4 months they call to try to get us to come back and we have asked numerous times to be removed from their lists to no avail. Tonight after getting a call from this same number, I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry. I hope that paper goes under fast.
You are incorrect. Sure you have done business with them in the past which gives them the right to call you regardless of the Do Not Call list, but if you request to be taken off their calling list they must comply.
hey were calling rite now lol
after three calls from 415 358 7682 in just one day, I had enoughI called the S****ribue in Minneapolis 612 673 4343 and told them if I get one more call from that CA number, and I was cancelling my subscription.S****rib wanted me to contact the 415 number, but I explained the mailbox was full and you cannot reach anyone. They tried to say they have the right to sell my # to third parties. I was firm and said they better get the 415 number to stop calling or I would be cancelling my subscription.I encourage anyone getting calls from that 415 to contact the S****rib and voice your displeasure.
TA, the complaint you filed is no good if you have done business with them or who hired them. If this is a newspaper chances are you did business with them and they can keep calling you all they want, The don not call list doesn't block from those businesses or their contratctors who you've done business with.
Got a call from this number today - and they told me as a Sunday subscriber to the Star Tribune I could get the rest of the week free for 13 weeks - I asked him to repeat it and I said yes - he asked for no other info he had all my details - I called the Star Tribune and spoke to a nice lady who confirmed this is one of the Star Tribune numbers and the offer was genuine due to the recession they are making people good deals
I am on the Do Not Call list AND have talked to these ppl a few weeks back and requested to be removed from their list. I just filed an online complaint with the FCC. Very quick and easy. I suggest you check it out and do the same.http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

It's a telemarketing company based in San Fran, CA. They call about various things. I live in MN and a quick internet search shows they've been calling people in MN regularly trying to sell subscriptions to the Star Tribune (which is in danger of going out of business, so I guess they're desperate).About 3 weeks ago I got tired of the phone ringing from them and answered, declined the offer, and politely asked to be removed from the list. She said no problem. Now the calls are s****ing a***n. Not sure who to complain to about this, but I'm furious.
I keep getting call every day at work. Who are these people and how did they get my number?
Caller tried to sell me a subscription to the Star Tribune newspaper.
