No, this caller is *not* actually T-Mobile, even if they say they are. It's someone phishing using a VOIP number.In the four years I've had this number, I've had numerous solicitations from international sales people and scammers, all inherited from the previous owner of this number. These calls are far fewer these days since I know how to get rid of these s***bags, but in the rare occasions I might still get one, they are more interesting than ever. The call I got from this particular number today was quite interesting.1) I have *never* had any service with T-Mobile2) In the four years owning this number, I have never received any calls regarding a T-Mobile account3) My phone number - the one they are calling me on - originated with Verizon and was moved to Vonage. It was never a T-Mobile number.4) The name the recording asked for was garbled and incomprehensible even though the rest of the message was perfectly clearWhatever you do, treat this call just like all the other s***bag callers out there.

It's T-Mobile calling to collect an overdue payment.
