The same thing happened to me.  The best thing is to file a police report and let them handle it.  The first few times I dont know who it was.  But this time the guy said his name was Robert Keith.  I think if all of us get together and file reports this will eventually stop

got several calls from them and they threaten me and ***g up when i ask to many questions.  said the were with the government,  so i called the government, they sent be to the the better business bureau, they sent me to the federal trade commission.  so wow that was lots of fun lol.  if you people red this good luck now HAHAHAHAHA

This number called me several times last week at home while I was at work.  They left no message.    They are also calling from (513) 878-4824 and (513) 322-0005 when I tried these numbers I got a busy signal.  Someone does answer at the (415) 366-9597 (Belverdere, CA) number.  From everything I can find on this number this is a scam.  They are trying to get money from us.  I get a lot of calls like this one and they are all scams.  Do not answer this call or other calls like it.  Call and report to police and phone company.  These calls are the the internet junk/spam email we get in our email accounts.This number [(513) 878-4824, which is really the 415 number] called me at work the other day and I answered to see who it was.  It was a call from california from a James Austin who transferred me to a Lance who then transferred me to a Shawn Michael from Federal Council of United States Government.  They wanted to collect on a paypay loan that I have never taken out.  When I denied the claim and told him this was just a scam the guy s****ed getting hostile and kept talking over the top of me.  When I told him I wanted all do***ents he said he would send them (I doubt).  When I told him a filed bankruptcy and s****ed arguing my point he kept trying to talk over me then said "shut-up and listen to me b***h" then I told him to shut-up and listen to me *******" then he ***g up on me.  If you get these call report them.  This is a scam.  I know the (415) number works and I am going to give it to my attorney and let him call them and get the information and if the persist theny can be added to my bankrupcty and then see how much money they get.

They call me numerous of time threat that I will have to go to court in California.  I refused to pay back a payday loan and if I did not paid them it was going to County court in California.  They used the name Michael Davis but they do not speak English very well.  They had me going for awhile..  Want me to fax them a letter nortary that I would paid them 782.29.  When you call they said they work for the Federal Council of the US Government and you will not be able to find information on the internet about them.

I just received a call from this company and the gentleman I was trying to speak with was named Shawn Michael.  He claims he works for some Payday Loan Company in California and I had to report to court out there.  I live in Colorado and don't know who this person or company is.  I could not understand him because he could not speak English very well, and the background was very noisy.

I really believed this was true that I did owe the money.  I think that these people have someone on the inside that works for a check loan company and that is where they are getting their information.  They keep telling me that I took out the loan with a company called Fast Cash and they have filed a criminal case a***nst me and i have to go to federal court.  I fell for this scam before but not anymore.  The names that they have been using are generic names such as Will Smith, Mark Benjamin.

Stated from the Federal Government and needed to speak to me immediately.  Heavy foreign accent..stress before ****ing up that i needed to call immediately
