Calls, won't say what he wants, and ****s up, repeatedly. ****.

Jim Duncan calls me and ****s up when I won't give him my last name and he won't say what he's calling about. This guy is a first class low-life, whatever he's doing. I smell a ****roach feeding off the corporate crumbs.

Repeated calls

I got a call from this dude too. Very rude 10 second, 10 word voicemail. Very rude. No if you want to talk to me (even if it is debt) at least be polite! My go*** I'm totally calling back and complaining. Or to just yell at him since what I read hear seems true! BUT ....... If he seems to like to **** up on people, maybe he's not a true debt collector! Maybe a scam?! We should all report it to the police! No matter the city we live in!

I just returned a missed call from Jim. The debt he was trying to collect was from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco aka the dental school. Last time I had dental work done there, I paid them for all the work they did, then got an additional bill later that didn't specify what it was for. Tried to call them to sort it out, but couldn't get a straight answer from the lady on the phone about the charges. Guess they turned things over to Jim who said he will turn my case over to his legal department. Wonder if his office is even big enough to have a legal department and yeah, he got snipity at the end of our call. I have had this happen with UOP before and I'm not going to sort things out with a middleman. Tough luck Jim!

Jim Duncon is a complete je rk off- I've been unemployed for a year and have had two calls with the guy. If you tell him you cant pay him back he turns into a complete a hole. This last time he called me I told him I'm doing my best in my situation but paying rent and feeding myself comes before a medical bill even if it is hurting my credit - the d ick says "TOO LATE FOR THAT" and ****s up........ i called his punk arss back a second later and forced an apology... "come on Jim whats up with saying that and ****ing up on me?? Its extremely rude and unprofessional to do that- I'm sure you deal with A HOLEs all day but i've been honest and respectful to you"........ BOTTOM LINE this guy is a punk and someone should post his mangers info

Got also a call this morning from that number. No message left, but I tried to cell back right away. the person did not want to present himself, never answer to my question about what was the call about, and ended up handing up on me. I tried to call back several times with no luck.

05/05/10 @ 3:17 PST-Just got a call and VM from 'Jim Duncan.' VM was 8 seconds. "Hi Dave, this is Jim Duncan at 415-695-8357. Call me back."

Jim Duncan works for the City of San Francisco and probably other cities as a debt collector AKA freelance debt recovery. He is just doing his job, i didnt speak to him that long but he seemed like he could be the type to be rude to you (he wasnt rude to me) - think about it though, he's trying to collect on bills and deals with ******s all day - all the back and forth calls with people not knowing who is is demanding things freaked out about how he knows their socials.... calm down its just a debt collection call

Do not call this guy back!  He somehow had my Social Security number!

I am reporting "Jim Duncan" to the state communications board and also to my attorney.  Mr. Duncan was incredible rude when I called back to see what his call was about.  He used profanity and said "you know exactly what this call is about."  I'm also considering turning this phone number over to the police.

Just got a call from Jim Duncan.  Asks for a family member by their first name.  Refuses to state purpose of call.  Initially refuses to reveal his name.  Incredibly rude.  Knew relationship of family member to me.  Asks me to take message.  Never heard of him.  Family member he called for had never heard of him.  Struck me as the predatory type.

I just got a call from Jim Duncan for my minor daughter and he would not tell me what it was about. He was very rude! He said the call is none of my business. I told him my daughter is a minor and I would not let her speak to him unless he told me what it was regarding. I called the number back and he answered but when I asked why he was calling my daughter he said I will just have to "not know." and ***g up. My daughter does not know who he is.

I returned a missed call on my phone, the guy WOULD NOT tell me who he was, just said well who are you calling.  I said I didn't know, his response was well who left you the message.  At the time I didn't know I had a message.  When I checked my voice mail it was a call from Jim Duncan.  Who the***** is this person?  The number he was calling from is 415.695.8357, but the return number he provided on my voice message is 415.695.8356.  Not calling back, that's for sure!

Yet a***n, do not answer this number ever.

Jim Duncan yes same thing for me he just never answers.

Called this afternoon, I just open and close the phone.  Also set a ring tone to make me aware that it is this fool calling.

Jim Duncan is from a collection agency in SF.  Do not call back or even pick up.  He's called me twice, just now, five minutes apart.
