This number initially belongs to a person that goes by Wei Li. He uses fraudulent identification to defraud****ential victims. His new number is 415-374-9*** and is number activated on the T-mobile network (a burner number). Please be warned if this or the new number is used on any application for employment or rent the person may be out to scam or defraud.

Received a call from this number @ 10:41 AM Pacific. Caller did not leave a VM. LEAVE A VM IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO CALL YOU BACK ON A PARTICULAR TOPIC/ISSUE!!! Otherwise, this just has to be a phishing/cold call/telemarketer. Trash.
