Lucy This is a fraudulent company/group hoping to scam consumers into giving them their credit card account information by claiming to be their credit card company with offers of lower rates that are soon to end. They called my minor child's phone and I played along with the heavily accented woman for a bit to see where she would steer the spiel, of course she got herself into hot water by not knowing what alleged credit card I had linked to that phone number (visa, mc, discover, amex etc)....she soon ***g up. When I tried to redial the number it gives the busy signal...
