Anonymous Sophisticated scam operation, Somehow, they monitor Coinbase's customer support text line. Once a customer selects "speak with a live agent," the automatic hold lasts no more than 5 to 8 seconds, and an imposter agent, typically with an Asian accent, comes on the line asking how they can help today. They are very proficient lowlifes with the ability to lie convincingly and know much of the jargon used within the Coinbase CUSTOMER SUPPORT line. If you don't fit their trap based on your question, they slow down for longer. Then they come back with another contrived lie that is very convincing; if you press them further than their fraudulent mind can think, they'll disconnect your call. This is a high-level criminal operation.
