Anonymous Called claiming his name is Julian and calling from the Frensh Consulate in San Francisco, and said that I had a phone number in France that has been investigated there for fraud. I never had a phone number anywhere in the world, but the United States. I never visited France and the last time travelled from the USA was in 2016. Watch for this scammer.
