In the past 6 months I received an average of 3 calls per week from Bright Home Services. Always a male with an heavy Indian accent trying to schedule an appointment for duct cleaning.I always make sure to ask them to repet the name of the company, to be sure that it's them. I told them numerous times that I was not interested, I also asked several times to be removed from their list. I spoke to at least 14 different supervisors (on 14 separate calls.) They apologize and****ure me that they are removing my name from the list as we speak. But like clock work I continued to get 3 calls per week.I then decided to schedule an appointment...when the showed I told them that I was not interested and to make sure that they removed my name from the list otherwise I will schedule an appointment  each time they call and continue to waste their time as they waste mine.I didn't hear from them for several weeks, until tonight...I told them how lucky to receive their call since I wanted to s**** spring cleaning projects which included duct cleaning. I scheduled an appointment...funny enough 40 minutes later those IDIOTS called a***n...instead of telling them that I already scheduled an appointment, I schedule another one for a different day at a different address.I will  continue to do this each time they call.

Yep, keep getting the same thing .. duct cleaning from ac duct cleaning or so****ing similar like that.I finally told em that were on the DNC list, and i was submitting a report to the CRTC. I doubt those guys at the CRTC give a s**t.One of my co workers actually booked an appointment, and than once they arrived told these guys to @#)*#@ off.My next phone call with these guys, i will follow suit. If enough of us call em and book appointments, and turn em away, hopefully the message gets across.The number that came up for us was 416 969 8510

Good job Pat, that is a clever idea to have them come to your house to get proof of who they are.  I called back the 647 number they left my mother, I blocked my number but some how they got my home number. This is not good what they are doing, these call centers are in India and I wonder if the owner of this business know what these people are doing to his reputation.  I have a friend in this business, so if I have any problems I will ask him to have a word with their owner.

had enough with him telling me how hes gonna f*** my mother. i made an appointment the next time he called, my idea was to get the number off his truck but numbers were missing647.....28, i did get the licence number so if this continues i will call police

second call from Alex.....he really must like me.  Before he could get into his desire for female companionship a***n, I told him not to bother and that he would be getting the second complaint to the DNCList.  Hoping the CRTC will investigate this matter and if the fines are large enough that Alex is unable to pay, that he might find someone to love in the big house.

Also got a call from above number and was told that individual will show up at my house and **** me.  I told him that this was a punishable offense in Ca***a, which made him continue to state that he would **** me.  I ***g up and reported incidence to Police as well as Phone busters and CRTC.  We are also on the DNC list.  Also called company to report employee and individual who answered ( polite female) stated that a report would be filed and wanted my information.  I declined and asked for hers she declined.  Good luck to others.

....because I took up too much of his time listening to him, gathering information and then asking him if he's familure with the DNCList.  I said that not only was his boss going to be fined, but he (Alex) was also going to be fined $1,500.00.  After telling me that he was going to have relations with every female I've known, I promptly ***g up on him.  Fun.

Keep getting the same DUCT CLEANING calls from a HINU or Indian person and they are SOOO rude! REPORTED to the DO NOT CALL LIST at 1-866-580-3625 and they logged a complaint with the Ca***ian CRTC who will investigate. She told me that it is probably a scam as none of the numbers I gave her were valid.The DO NOT CALL registry also gave me the number for PHONE BUSTERS which is operated through the RCMP (Police) and to call them if it is a scam.Other phone numbers that the Duct Cleaning called me from is:1-416-800-10151-416-800-10141-416-800-1017There is a pattern as the numbers are all the same except the last number.PLEASE keep logging complaints a***nst this company with the above numbers I included, DO NOT CALL LIST, and Phone Busters (RCMP)and hopefully we will get these people to stop calling.

Had similar experience.  Caller from 416.800.1009 with accent who said his name was eric.  Talked for a long time before asking me anything.  Asked if he could set up appointment.  Wanted to know why I wouldn't.  Told him I don't disclose any information to unsolicated callers.  After some further discussion he ended with "Go f$%@ yourself you son of a b&%$#@." and ***g up.Got a call from the same company two minutes later (the number ended in slightly different 2 digits).  The caller s****ed the same pitch.  I told him I just had a call which did not go well from the same company.  He put a supervisor on the line and I related the incident to him.  I also learned that he was calling from Bright Home Services.  He claimed he would look into it and that I would not get a call back any more.We are also on the do not call list.

So i called the company, they confirmed that the number 416-800-1006 is their number, and i basically politely said, to desist their telemarketing calls doubt that they will.

Got another call from this company tonight asking for Duct Cleaning servcies. We have told  them time and time a***n that we do not want their serviecs. Tonight he called a***n, a guy with an Indian accent asking if we wanted duct cleaning. This time we told him we alrady had it done and ***g up. He called right back to ask where. I told him it was none of his businees and ***g up. He kept calling back for 1/2 hour constantly and used profanty each time. I don't know what company this is for but this should be considered hassarsment and be a***nst the law.

This company called me today. I called, Indian male just s****ed talking, didn't tell me where he was from - I had to interrupt him and ask who he was and why he was calling. He s****ed selling, I said "excuse me, we're not interested." He just kept going. I said "We're not interested. Could you please take us off your call list?" And he said "no way, no way, no way, no way!" and ***g up on me. I'm currently looking into the best way to file a complaint.

I have received numerous calls from these types of companies. Today I informed Daniel (he had an Indian accent) from Bright Home Services that I am on the Do Not Call List and I was not interested in having my ducts cleaned and not to call a***n (I usually say this). He told me to **** up and he would call a***n. I told him NO! not to call a***n. He continued to ask me to **** up so he could call me back and I repeated that I did not want him to call back. Finally I ***g up and guess what. He called right back.  Then I got angry and yelled at him to not call back and ***g up. I think he finally got the message.  Either he is really ****** or they employ someone who doesn't understand English to try to sell so****ing - that's also ******.I submitted a complaint to the CRTC - DO Not Call List Complaint section (Website)

Follow up to previous post:got another call from a duct cleaning company. This time from 416-800-1012. Indian male telemarketer a***n. They identified the company as being the same one who called previously. This time I had them spell the company name - Bright Home Services. I explained to the caller that I dis not warrant calls from unsolicited telemarketers but I was interested in the company. He gave me the company's website - www.ductscleaner.comthey're based out of North York (Toronto), Ontario, and believe me, they'll be getting an earful from me. I hope this info helps someone else out there. This company is relentless with their cold calls.

Vright or wright home services. Duct cleaning. Indian male on the line. I tried to keep him on the line as long as possible to waste as much of his time as I could. We have been ****arded with dozens of telemarketers each week. When I got around to telling him that I was wasting him time so he knew what it was like to be on the receiving end, he called me a motherf***er and said he wanted to f*** my sister. When I demanded his supervisor, he c****ed his voice and pretended to be someone else. A***n he told me off then ***g up. Believe me, I'll do my best to contact this company a***n.
