claimed they were returning my call about medicare.i said nothing and ***g up ,never called anyone about medicare.

Received a call from this number at 1:00am in the morning. Answered with"hello" heard grown man crying. Replied with "hello" a***n met with silence. Grown man says " you don't even f**king care you *****". Then ***g up. ?
