Message said my balance fell below $-1500.00. Have no idea what company this is nor do I even have sent, I'm just a teen

Someone evidently trying to panic and scare me saying my balanced dropped to -1500.00, I want to make these scammers pay!!!!!!

JD They have been calling every day for a week. When I answered the first time a recorded voice said to hold while they looked up the nature of the call, then the line went dead. When I answered the last time a recorded voice said to hold while they connect my call, then a person asked for *my name* and I said she isn't here right now...they disconnected.
