been calling me no message

I have noticed that spam callers have been using the first three digits of a phone numbers you know area to be familiar with collars in that area so that they can get into more people's business accounts

Random call from this number. I believe it's the scammer I'm trying to pin down. No voice mail was left.

Unidentified caller on private line. Full ring. No message.

Insurance scam using local numbers

I don't answer but called back say welcome to customer service, gives options to talk to rep or get off caller list, prompts do not work....scam

call says thanks for calling customer service, gives you prompts for options that do not work.
