Whom ever is using this number are scamming people. A recorded message was left on my voice mail. The message s****s out with "This is a time sensitive message. We are an investigative team of the IRS and have just received notification of tax filings from headquarters and will expire 2/5/18". The message went on to say that if I did not call 417-986-6351 and discuss settling three serious aligations and local authorities would be notified and I would be taken into custody. In a panic, I called the number and got a voice mail that said "The Google Subscriber is unavailable and to leave a message and some one will contact me soon. Shortly after leaving the message, a guy with an Indian accent called and told me that owed $450 to IRS. I told him I receive Social Security and was not required to file or pay taxes. His tone became very demanding and threatening that I did owe the taxes and If I didn't resolve the matter with his service that he would report me to the authorities and I would be taken into custody and my Social Security benefits would be suspended. I told him that he was trying to pull one over on me and that it was a scam what he was trying to. He said " I'll give you one more chance to resolve the matter." I told him it was BS and asked him where his office was and he said 1111 Cons***ution Ave, Washington DC. Of course I knew he was lying to me a***n. Needless to say, I was quite upset, had an anxiety attack, and was unable to sleep for three nights. I did some research and found out that what the guy was doing is a scam. I hope these people are caught so that no one will get scamed.
